Metro Athletics is happy to announce a new initiative that will recognize the administrators and athletic directors of our zone.
This recognition piece is to showcase the outstanding leadership and contributions made by individuals who advocate for their student athletes, coaches, colleagues and programs in our schools. The service and dedication that these individuals contribute to their schools and our zone needs to be spotlighted for the fundamental roles they play in high school athletics.

Nominations can come from fellow colleagues, parents and student athletes.

Metro Athletics Keystone Award - Athletic Director Award
This award is to recognize the foundational role of an Athletic Director in shaping high school
athletics programs.

Metro Athletics Impact Award - Administrator Award

This award is presented to an Administrator that demonstrates outstanding leadership in relation to high school athletics. 

Jono Harkins Memorial Award - New Athletic Director Award

This award is in recognition of an Athletic Director for outstanding service and exceptional contributions within their first five years in the role, and is in honour of our dear friend and outstanding Athletic Director Jono Harkins.
